Product Design

In the design process, we combine our wealth of experience and accumulated technologies with newly developed technologies to proactively design and realize increasingly complex and sophisticated product shapes, manufacturing process innovations, and new system development.
We incorporate structural simulation analysis using 3D CAE and repeatedly conduct design reviews, thereby refining quality in the design phase.

Manufacturing

In the manufacturing process, high-precision processing machines and the skilled techniques of experienced operators ensure uncompromising high-quality manufacturing in a dedicated zone, where the temperature and humidity are controlled at a constant level throughout the year.
The quality and traceability of all products are controlled in accordance with ISO 9001, the international standard for quality management systems, and the products are subject to continual quality improvement.

Quality Verification

To ensure that manufactured products meet the performance and quality requirements of the customer, as part of our internal verification prior to shipment, we conduct thorough operational testing in our dedicated trial zone under conditions identical to the customer's production environment.
If the verification results indicate that further improvement or refinement is required from a customer satisfaction perspective, the design phase is revisited and the PDCA cycle for performance and quality is carried out repeatedly.

Post-Sales Support

HIDAKA provides responsible post-sales support to ensure that customers around the world can use HIDAKA products with confidence.
From HIDAKA Japan or our overseas offices in China, India, Thailand, and other countries, we provide prompt services, such as emergency support, equipment maintenance, and information exchange.
