Quality Policy

1. As an expert in heat exchanger manufacturing equipment, HIDAKA is committed to providing the very best products and services that meet customer expectations and to enhancing customer satisfaction.
2. Each department sets annual targets to realize the policy and evaluates and reviews the degree of target achievement.
3. We will maintain an effective quality management system by continually improving product precision, customer service, and internal systems.
4. We will make this policy known to all employees and have them conduct activities to achieve the policy according to their respective levels of responsibility.

Environmental Policy

1. Basic Philosophy

At HIDAKA, we are committed to fulfilling our social responsibility by always considering the preservation of the global environment, a common challenge for humanity, and by striving to reduce environmental impact through company-wide efforts in our business activities, continually improving our practices.

2. Basic Policy

1. We will always be mindful of the environmental impact of our activities, products, and services, and promote the prevention of environmental pollution and the continual improvement of our environmental management system.
2. We will comply with environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, and other requirements to which we subscribe and which pertain to our activities, products, and services.
3. We will aim to reduce our environmental impact from the planning and design phases, provide products and services with less environmental impact, and promote 4R activities.

5. Environmental management activities are positioned as one of HIDAKA’s most important management issues. Accordingly, this policy is made known to all employees and disclosed to external parties.
